I love my new bathroom! Clicked on pissed off consumer by mistake. Everything looks fantastic . I wouldnt change a thing .

Got a quote for doors.. and told within 6 weeks.. Now its more like August just false advertising.. Cant deliver on what they said. Going to prob Cancel

User's recommendation: dont expect your doors as expected time.

The glass shower doors were supposed to be included in my job. The left it out and told me I never ordered

If I never do anything else I am going to look at reviews before I shell out over $13,000. 00. I placed my order in January and was told that It would be March before installation. O.K. post Pandemic, I was fine with that. They came in March, installed shower but no shower doors. It is now May and no one reached out to me. I called several times and wad finally told that a third party would reach out to me. That never happened. Then they gave me the contact number for the third party person. It is now May and still no shower doors. Also, after many calls they started sending my calls to their on-hold queue. Of course I called from another number and they answered immediately. Now they are giving me excuses and trying to make me say that I will be responsible for getting the doors. I will give them credit for on-day installation but they should stop showing the shower doors which is the main reason that I made this unwise choice. Oh yes, I almost forgot to say that a set of doors came but were 6 inches too narrow.

User's recommendation: Do your due diligence before you hire. Insist on reading their contract and you might change your mind about this company.

My review is to compliment Chandler and Jaggers for a job well done. West Shore Home personnel were very professional and helpful. We have no complaints!

User's recommendation: Never heard back from West Shore homes. Not yhe customer service I expected.

We called West Shore and scheduled them to come and remove our bathtub and install a walk in shower. We were impressed by the "day" turn around because we wanted to get it done and not have an unfinished shower. They didn't caulk all the way around the shower on the top- luckily I found this or water damage may have occurred. As soon as they left I noticed the trim around the shower was of poor workmanship and "Gerry-rigged" (see pics below). I immediately called them and said we were not happy with the finish due to the amount of money were were spending....it should at least look nice and not like a trailer park trim job. We called and someone came out to "finish" the job but he didn't have the correct materials. We understand there are shortages...he left it unfinished. I called twice and emailed once stating our shower was not finished. No one called back. Called again and selected "one" stating I wanted a shower installed thinking they would give priorities to these calls and someone answered. I finally got ahold of someone and the tech stated in the notes that we "refused the work". That was it. Not..."Need to come back with proper materials to finish the work". We could not believe this! Poor systems and customer service! They are coming back and I will update the pictures. If you choses them.....inspect everything!

Last year, I moved 500 miles away, to a completely different state. As I was making the move, I thought, One more big plus is no more ANNOYING West Shore Homes (Windows, Bathrooms, etc) commercials. I WAS WRONG!!! Their ANNOYING commercials are EVERYWHERE!!! Obviously, this is not a locally owned company. This is a huge conglomerate that either has franchises or subcontractors doing the work. As such, there is no guarantee as to the quality of the work. Even if this were the best company (which it isnt!), I would never do business with them!!!

COMPLETE NIGHTMARE!!!!!!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS TRAGIC COMPANY!!!!!! Bathroom remodel was done incorrectly STAY-Shower rod was not installed properly -Faucet was loose and wiggled -Shower head, faucet, and water handle locations were put in crooked and not aligned. -They broke the tile that was intended to remain on the wall and filled in the broken parts with their silicon sealant that was used on the seams of the walls they installed to try and cover up their mistake. -They did not cover any of the bathroom to help keep it clean of all the debris and dust. I was required to spend the entire night cleaning the mess that was left. What was supposed to be a one-day (maybe 2) remodel, has now turned into 5 months of back and forth. and 6 days of taking off work to try and get everything fixed/replaced. They have agreed to hire a 3rd party tile company to come out and replace the tile they have broken but have failed miserably to accomplish this simple task. We are still without a finished job, and they have done NOTHING to try and make the situation better. Their ability to provide just the simplest of decent customer service is a huge swing and a miss.

We had our walk in shower installed last week.Daniel &;;;;;;;;;;;Bradley did the install. Both men were very professional and they did a wonderful job.They did not make a mess,answered all our questions, cleaned as they worked and left our home just as they found it. Maybe a little cleaner.

User's recommendation: We just had our doors installed by Bradley and John,again they did a super job. They arrived on time did an excellent job,cleaned as they went and had the job done in less then an hour.

AbsI purchased a walk-in shower unit and a tub unit for two bathrooms. I actually like the product. The installation, follow-up, and customer service are the deal breakers for anyone considering purchasing this service. Walk-in shower process damaged exterior walls in next room during removal. Shower pan is springy like a diving board. Tub enclosure in second bathroom had me concerned for the resale value of my home. Walls bowed in; facet, shower head, and drain were obviously not aligned; and tub was put in crooked. AbsoField manager came out to inspect after I called and found a crack in the unit as well. They had to tear the entire bathroom out and redo, which I had to wait about 3 months for. That came out well except for they totally missed caulking one wall of the unit to the tub, which I actually repaired. I was so frustrated at that point. It became apparent that the crew that installed the tub in the first place already had several complaints and were known to do shoddy work. Why send them in the first place? I did discuss my shower tray with the second install team and thbsey did let me know it was defective and/or not installed properly. The let their manager know about this. It has been two weeks since the new install and one a peep from the company about whether or not I was happy and about repairing my walk-in shower. It has become crystal clear that they are a hit-and-run company. They do not make any money from long-term customers. They just want to get the install done, take your money, and be done. I had even read their reviews on several platforms and did research ahead of time. Again, I think the product is nice, but unfortunately you have a 33% chance of having a good install. If you are a gambler, go for it. Otherwise, I would suggest trying something else because this is a costly endeavor and the odds are not good.

We had a shower put in after months of waiting they came to install. Frames all dinged up. Shower doors installed wrong. Shower surround looks uneven. Screw sticking out of the wall and an awful crooked caulk job. Called to complain and they sent someone over. He adjusted the doors but nothing he would do for the crooked sloppy caulking! Buyer beware For $13,000 I expected it to be perfect!

I called them for an estimate. They refused to give me an estimate because I own a second floor condominium.
